Stretch and relax!



If you are stressed, if you have muscular tensions, this exercise with a swiss ball is going to help you to relax. The stretch of the spine is optimal and progressive, you decompress all vertabraes.
Stretch progressively according to your flexibility, relax, let the breathing go naturally.
Keep the position from 5 to 30 seconds, you have to feel confortable.
Do this exercise at the end of each workout. If you are stiff, be sure your spine is going to be very happy!
