Boxing and conditioning Bootcamps


This is probably one of the fastest way to get in shape: working out inside a bootcamp 3 to 6 times a week.
The programs focus on boxing and conditioning: in the same time you improve overall conditioning, you learn how to throw a punch, you get a real coaching.
The sessions are early in the morning and they are short: 20 minutes. But you get a total body workout without the problems having to spend too much time.
It can be very intense but you don't finish the workout burned out... well, you need all your energy for your day!
