Low back: do this exercise everyday (2)

If you are at work in your office, it's probably not easy to lie down on the floor to do the previous exercise. But you can stand up and do this exercise a few times along the day.

Lean back and inhale, then bend your torso forward: exhale and squeeze your abs. Use a moderate range of motion and increase it along the set.
Set of 10 to 30 repetitions.
Your low back is going to love it!
