Abdominal workout

Training the abs can be boring and ineffective if you use always the same exercises. You need also a plan, so you know exactly what to do.
This abdominal workout has been designed to be done in 10 minutes. You do not need any equipment.
It’s simple: do these 4 exercises, focus on the form and on your breathing, visualize your abdominal muscles while doing each set.
Do this workout 4 or 5 times a week

Not only you’ll get a great abdominal conditioning, you‘ll get also a massage of your internal organs. Everybody tends to focus on the “good looking”: yes, it is important. But the health benefits are evident: better digestion, better elimination.
