Get energized for the morning!
What is the best way to get a good positive energy in the morning?
There are probably a few different ways, but the best is exercise.
Not every exercise is equal, all depend on the purpose: more energy being our goal, here what I advice:
- Go outside right away, breath and walk for a few minutes: breath deeper and deeper, do it progressively. Or, if you cannot go outside:
- Do this exercise: arch and bend. You stretch your entire spine, breath in; then bend your
torso, contract your stomach and breath out. Use a progressive range of motion. Do a set of 8 reps, or go for one minute. Breath deeper and deeper.

- you have to increase the range of motion
- you have to involve the core (abdominal while breathing)

- go easy
After this natural body activation, you may keep going with your workout, and get ready for your day.
