A terrific core exercise

We know that training the core muscles is essential: if the strength comes from the center of the body, you’ll probably not experience back problems, poor posture and all the pains when you get older.
Here a terrific exercise: the stability ball forces you to control the balance of your total body.
Get in a pushup position, feet on the ball, the body is straight; you have to be in control of your balance. Roll the ball forward with the legs and go back to the extended position. Do not allow your hips drop. This is an effective exercise for core stabilization. This is a total body exercise, from fingers to toes!
You work not only your abs but all the muscles associated with the movement. Give it a try!
