Check your daily calorie and food needs

In order to lose or maintain weight we need to know our daily needs. I just checked my personal needs according to my age, my weight and activity level: 2400 calories.

Of course this is an average, I will need to adjust the amount I am eating according to unwanted weight gain or loss.
But there is not only the amount of calories: the balance between foods on a daily basis is crucial for health. Here my needs, plus 7 teaspoons of oil a day for fatty acids requirement.
