Relax your back

Here a great exercise to relax the muscles of the back. Many people get muscular tensions in this area: this is due to bad posture and a lot of time spent seated. The vertabraes of the spine may move slightly away from their perfect alignment and this is often the cause of back disconfort and muscular pain.

This exercise may not resolve all the problems, but if you do it every evening when you get home, it's going to relax you: rolling on your back gives you a nice massage of the muscles around the spine and may correct a bad alignment of some vertabraes.
Roll and relax.
I use also this exercise with athletes at the end of a hard workout, it's for everyone!
