In a hurry to lose fat?

Summer is approaching and it’s when most people start to asking themselves “now it’s time to do something about these pounds!”

Well said, but now what?
What is the solution to get rid of this stubborn fat as soon as possible?

First, be realistic: there are not magic pills, to get some weight off, you’ll need some time…and a strategy.
Second, and this is good news, if you follow the right plan, you could see positive results in just a few weeks.
The plan: a healthy diet and an exercise program, both will work together and this is the quickest way for losing a few pounds in a very short time.

Here a few tips:

Diet:

do not starve yourself, this is the worst thing to do because it shuts down your metabolism.
Cut your calorie intake, but not too much!
It's more important to eliminate all processed food, eat plenty of vegetables, legumes and fruits, drink a lot of water, no sodas. Choose carefully your protein source: lean meat and fish. Get essential fatty acids with fish, avocadoes, nuts and almonds, olive oil.

Exercise:

don’t make the mistake to start with long workouts, you do not have the endurance yet and you ‘re going to exhaust yourself.
Choose short workouts, between 10 and 20 minutes, and focus about building intensity. Your workout has to be both muscular and cardio in the same time: get a routine with compound exercises and try to minimize progressively the resting time between sets.

Exercise as often as possible according your energy level: 3 workouts a week as many “experts” advice will not work! You need to enter a plan and exercise everyday, even twice a day… hard you may ask, but trust me, you’ll get quick results and your stamina and health will skyrocket.
