Want to be lean?

Statistics show more and more people become overweight, and there is worse: more and more children are now overweight!
What’s going on? It’s a major health problem.
Something has to be wrong!

Well, it’s very simple: people eat too much and do not exercise enough!
Many people eat the wrong kind of food: it’s not taught at school, so we have to educate ourselves and teach our kids.

Our body is a perfect machine made to move: pull, push, throw, jump, run, climb…What is the last time you jumped or climbed somewhere?
We move less and less! Our body and metabolism become lazy and we gain weight (fat)!
